About the Event
A condensed stress management course covering 8 specific ways to reduce and mindfully approach stressors in our lives. We will discuss and practice: Breathing, Meditation/Visualization, Four Steps to quickly destress, Engaging with our Body and Senses, Movement, Essential Oils, Respond vs. React, and Transform the Experience. We will have a brief break for lunch (included), and every person in attendance will receive a mini relief kit to take home.
