About the Event
In a soothing and gentle environment, the instructor will lead the group through a guided meditation. Then there will be time for a 'free flow' art activity to process what was experienced during meditation. Your art may look like something, but it doesn't have to. This is a no pressure situation, a chance to experience therapeutic art and it's calming effects.
