Gentle guided meditation includes the education and practice of meditation. This can be booked for more than one person at a discounted rate upon request.

Policy Notice

Cancellations done within 24 hours are considered 'no shows' and will not be refunded. They will also not be rescheduled unless due to a true emergency.
