When you are able to pay attention to and understand the signals your body is sending you, you will regain control. Then you will have the ability to choose the trajectory of your health, and the actions you take will have more impact on your wellness. Important Information: *Meetups will be on Zoom at 7pm on Tuesdays, and also streamed live to the private coaching FB group. (More time options may be added in the future.) *Replays will be available if you cannot make it to the live coaching session. *You will also have access to support between sessions through the Voxer app group. (or DM's if you prefer) So you won't have to wait until the next session if you have a question or concern that comes up between meetups.
